Luciane Mallmann Costa is a lawyer with 15 years of experience, specializing in advising

Luciane has extensive experience in complex matters involving UK Immigration Law; EU free movement and permanent
residence in the UK for EEA nationals and their non-EEA family members, involving complex applications based on EU
jurisprudence; applications for indefinite leave to remain in the UK; naturalization; and registration of minors as
British citizens. Luciane is also engaged in sensitive human rights cases and dedicates a significant portion of her

Pietro Costa is an associate based in the London office of LMC and is a member of the
Corporate Group, with a particular focus on employment law aspects of transactional matters.
Pietro advises

of sectors, including technology, retail, financial services and energy. Pietro has worked with clients ranging
from large international corporates and financial institutions to emerging companies, particularly in the
technology and media industries.
On employment matters, Pietro provides advice on labour law, employee
benefits and executive compensation, litigation and internal investigations. Pietro also advises on a range
of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and venture capital
investments.
